Your personal data

What data I collect, and why

When you write to me through the contact form: your name, your email, your company and your message, plus your phone number if you provide it. I use them only to reply to you and, if you wish, to offer you a call or a quote.

When you book a free call: the booking is made through Calendly (name, email, chosen slot). This data is used to arrange the meeting.

When you visit the site: audience measurement provided by Odoo (page views, country, device type), with no cookies and no advertising tracking. I use it only to know which pages are read.

Cookies

The site uses only technical cookies, necessary for it to work (display language, session). It uses neither advertising cookies nor tracking tools such as Google Analytics. The fonts are hosted on this site: no font is loaded from an external service.

Legal basis

Responding to your request and preparing a possible collaboration (pre-contractual steps), and my legitimate interest in knowing the audience of my site.

How long

Enquiries with no follow-up: 3 years after the last contact. Client billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation).

Who has access to your data

Me alone. My technical providers process the data on my behalf: Odoo (hosting of the site and the form), Google (Gmail) and Calendly (booking). Some are located outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by the regulations (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). I do not sell your data and I do not pass it on to anyone.

The sample dashboard

It is hosted on Streamlit (Snowflake). It asks you for no data and its figures are made up. Like any host, Streamlit may record technical data (IP address, browser).

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, its erasure, the restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability. Write to me through the contact form: I reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
