How much does it cost?
Three offers at clear prices, based on a €500 day rate: the audit of your figures at €1,000 (2 days), your custom dashboard from €3,500, and monthly follow-up from €500 per month. You know the price before starting. Net prices, VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code).
How long does it take?
Two days for the audit. For a dashboard, 7 working days on average, depending on the number of sources and indicators.
Do you work remotely or on site?
I am based in the Gers, in South-West France. I work remotely anywhere in France, and I travel for key workshops, in particular to Toulouse, Bordeaux, Pau, Montpellier and Paris.
Which tools do you use?
I mainly use Power BI and Excel to present your figures, and SQL to retrieve the data. I connect to what you already have: Excel files, management software, accounting software, website.
Does my data stay confidential?
Yes. I work with the access you give me, I do not share your data, and I can sign a non-disclosure agreement before we start.
What happens after the assignment?
I document everything and train your teams so they are autonomous. If you wish, monthly follow-up keeps your dashboards up to date and reliable.
